Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 hours

Quinn loves yoga because of the healing benefits it brings to her physical body and the calming qualities it brings to her everyday life. Quinn completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Charm City Yoga, her 500 Hour certification through YogaWorks Baltimore and has been teaching vinyasa classes ever since. Her class is dynamic, with the goal of having fun, working hard, and creating a unified rhythm between body, breath, and mind through flowing sequences. She keeps the practice playful, through movement and music, because we all need that daily space to let go and be free. Her goal is to leave her students feeling happy, relaxed, and full of life at the end of class.
