Our outdoor classes are a way for us to breathe and move together while being cautious about covid-19 transmission. Below is information and guidelines about classes.
What to Bring: Please bring your own mat and any props you regularly use. Please bring or wear a mask for moving around in the group. You are welcome to remove your mask for the duration of practice and anytime you can stay further than 6’ from others.
Weather: For all classes, we will email registrants if the weather looks foreboding and/or too cold. Please make sure that your account includes your email address. If you aren’t sure, please email hello@numiyoga.com to confirm.
Locations & Parking:
Power Flow on Mondays at 7am: in College Park, outside at the Calvert Hills Playground and Athletic field at 4601 Calvert Road. There is a parking lot available. Class size is currently set at 15 people.
Flow on Tuesdays at 7am: in University Park is located near the soccer fields off of Queens Chapel Rd - you can park on the street nearby. Class size is currently limited to 10 people.
Flow on Wednesday at 5:30pm: at Riversdale House Museum - 6005 48th Avenue. There is a parking lot and street parking available. You will need to sign-in for class and sign an additional waiver once you arrive with you name, phone and email information for contact tracing. Class size is currently set at 15 people
Power Flow on Saturdays at 10am: in College Park, outside at the Calvert Hills Playground and Athletic field at 4601 Calvert Road. There is a parking lot available. Class size is currently set at 15 people.
Teachers will clearly not be providing any physical assists but may move around the space, keeping enough distance from students. As a student, please be mindful of the others you will encounter - if you have any symptoms or have been exposed to someone with covid-19, please stay home and take a virtual class with us instead!
If you are interested in private sessions for your family or group, please reach out. The studio can host 5 people and some teachers are willing to come to your yard or home!
