Pilates CORE + MORE Class Description This Pilates class incorporates body conditioning exercises with focused movements to address posture, flexibility and strength. Through a mind body approach you will learn the six Pilates principles and how these concepts connect to help enhance overall wellness. This class is designed for all levels, exercises can be modified, yet it is ideal for those new to Pilates who want to gain the fundamentals to begin their journey into the wonderful world of Pilates.

Bio

Keva Price, physical therapist, PMA Certified Pilates Instructor Keva has been a practicing physical therapist and Pilates instructor since the early 2000’s. She has been an avid dancer of various genres for over four decades. Her physical therapist and dance background enhances her Pilates teaching because it has given her a keen eye for recognizing imbalances in her client’s movements and has made her think out of the box when teaching. She believes that by practicing Pilates, we can keep ourselves moving well for years to come.
