Asana Playshops with Sarah Park

on select Sundays from 2-4pm

Join Sarah for a group practice based on Christina Sell's Asana Junkies.  Expect the instructor to practice alongside the group and gives occasional cues and demos.  This workshop is similar to the style of the Align classes. Beginners should avoid this session and instead participate in weekly classes. 

The series of classes will repeat the sequence of poses with different focus actions or “peaks” throughout the semester.  Register on our schedule (or pay below).

Investment: $25 per session or $20 for Students/Gold members/YTT
