Practice together.
Join us for a community built around supporting you in your contemplative practices - anything that cultivates your groundedness, respite, and growth. This might look like a new yoga asana (movement) practice, a sustained writing practice, or something altogether different. We will all engage with the same theme pack each month (including yoga practices, writing prompts, recorded meditations, etc.) and share with weekly small group check-ins
We embark together during this uncertain season with a unified desire to remain anchored in the work of self-knowing and its resulting community awareness and action.
As individuals, each will select a practice or a small handful of practices in which we are committing to cultivate relationship to the activity itself and through regularity, ourselves (think: yoga, music, writing, art, etc.). As a group, we will meet to encourage, listen, and grow in our shared individual comitments and with the support of a theme pack each month.
Here’s what we’ll share:
A monthly theme to anchor and nourish your practices (including the ones like being a kind housemate!) based in yoga philosophy and contemporary thought leaders
Readings and reflection questions that connect to our theme
One form and one flow movement class each month that embody the teachings we are contemplating
Varied recorded meditations or guided exercises that support our inquiry
Monday 9a meditations linked to our work together (recorded and shared on our site)
Friday 9a community check-in calls connected to our monthly themes (recorded and shared on our site)
What is a practice?
You might choose a yoga practice of meditation or movement, or maybe something else (writing, painting, listening, etc.). You will commit to creating time and energy for this activity as an entry point into self-study. When we repeat an action over time, we have the opportunity to see ourselves changing and growing (not necessarily in a linear way).
What can I expect?
This process (like all inner work), is mainly self guided. I will provide themed modules for you to explore. Each module might include a meditation, reflection questions, selected readings, and/or an exploration of movement connected to our theme. This content is all optional, I encourage you to take what you can use and grow from and leave the rest to compost :).
The program will run for the three summer months (summer term, anyone?). At the beginning of each month I will send out an email with a link and a password to that month’s content (which may grow throughout the month, I give myself - and you! - permission to ebb and flow).

$32/m Supporter Rate ($120 total)
Our content begins in June 2020 and goes through August 2020 (3 months of content). Don’t worry if you sign up June 30, you can do the work on your own schedule. We do ask that you commit to the full three months with our community.
