Beginning Yoga Series (or, depth in the basics for all!)
Thursdays at 9:30a starting June 18, 25, July 2, 9, (no class the 16th), 23, 30, and August 6.
Join Kelsey to learn the foundational postures, movements, and skills of a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques. She plans to provide you with a large set of tools to help you build depth in a home practice or to help new folks feel comfortable in public yoga classes.
We’ll join for class seven times during the summer using Zoom (make sure yours is downloaded and updated). Classes will build on and inform one another in some aspects and accessible to dropping in when you can. After class is finished, we’ll offer you the recordings within a few days so you can keep up on your own schedule or revisit the class.
Sign up if you can come to one or all sessions! Register below for the first date and you’ll get ALL the emails/info for the full session.
You’ll need a clear space on the floor, preferably near a clear spot at the wall. We’ll also use a towel (rolled up, folded, and as a blanket) as a prop. Bring your questions and curiosity. We’ll do our best to have a conversation and a class. I welcome you keeping your volume on and chatting with me during class (or mute/no video to take class your way). I’ll do a check in before class each week and be on about 15 minutes early to address any questions that may have come up.
If you have any other questions, please reach out: hello @ numiyoga.com — otherwise, sign up below!
**If you are joining us after June 18, please scroll on the calendar to sign up there - we are using that one date as a placeholder and I’ll email everyone registered for that session each week with the link (which is the same weekly).
